Reminder to the carrier of hair extensions.

Don't use henna or alcohol-based haircare products.

Hair cannot be washed at least 24h after placement.

Combing.
Use a comb meant for hair extensions. Don't use a brush, it can get stuck in the extensions and tear them apart. Certainly comb your hair in the morning, in the evening, before and after wash. It's not recommended to wash wet hair, just separate the strands of hair with fingers. Don't use force when combing. When hair gets tangled, that you can't fight yourself, certainly contact a hair extensions placer.
Always comb your hair from the tips upwards, holding your hair with your other hand, so there will be no tension in the hair.

Washing.
Only use haircare products recommended by a extensions placer, that fit the placed extensions.
When washing, try to avoid strong rubbing and tangling. Always wash your hair standing up, washing your head down is forbidden. At first, lightly massage your scalp with your fingers and then squeeze your hair ends between your hands. Put balm and mask only on hair tips. Because hair extensions can't get the necessary nutrients from your scalp, making a mask is recommended at least once a week. Rinse carefully! If rinsed sloppily, the hair extensions can start shedding hair (If this has happened, contact a hairdresser).
Don't go to sleep with wet hair. Before going to sleep, make your hair into a braid- this way your hair can't get tangled.
Going on stage in the sauna, you have to make your hair wet and cover it with a towel. Twisting your hair into a strong turban is forbidden. An infrared sauna is also forbidden because there the hair attachments will start to melt.

Swimming.
In a pool protect your hair from chlorine- make your hair wet and place into a light bun on top of your hair. You can also make your hair into a braid before that, then the bun will stay more securely on your head.
After swimming in seawater, properly wash your hair at home.
Don't leave your hair together with salty seawater and chlorine- that will damage your hair. (Is valid for your hair, not only the hair extensions)

Dyeing and chemical curl.
Dyeing is allowed with light hydrogen dilution. Chemical curl is also allowed with a weak liquid fluid, but liquid fluid can't be placed on extensions.
Blonding and highlights are not recommended.
Don't dye your hair at home.

Drying.
The best way is to let your hair dry naturally. You can also dry with a hairdryer on low heat. Always direct the air flow from top to bottom, that's how you won't get your hair tangled.
Don't ever dry your hair with a hairdryer head upside down!
Don't dry your hair by rubbing with a towel.

Straightening, curls.
1-2 times a week straightening is allowed. Definitely use heat protection and observe, that the heat won't exceed 200 degrees.
When both straightening and curling your hair, keep the hot tongs away from the attachment places.
You can't use velcro curlers- hair will get tangled and can get stuck.
